Here is what i try to take pretty much every day, considering that i      am a tea addict i alternate the cornflakes with a cup of tea… But lately i have been feeling those Special K, they are so so good, my favorite flavor is dark chocolate (i hate milk chocolate) and then i like the one with red fruits…

So breakfast is said to be the more important meal in a day, do you also believe it? After this breakfast where i had milk + cornflakes, a little grape & half a grapefruit (my daughter took the other half, hahaha) and a glass of orange juice, i was full ! i had no lunch today ! This was a blend of vitamins & energy, lol…
