…and i still can’t sleep ! I have to wake up extremely early tomorrow, but i am n here, editing, catching up with videos, updating, etc…arrrrghhhh !

Chamomile tea and a good book always sends me to sleep . Choose a novel you like because you’ll want to keep reading and the more brain power, the quicker you’ll get tired and fall asleep. Works for me everytime.
If you are a worried, pray read the word and write down on a journal what is bothering you. You’ll soon see that on paper, there is not that much of a list and our minds can make things seem worse that it really is.
