How often do you wash your hair?
I wash my hair 2 x week until 8 weeks post relaxer, 1 time is to co-wash (washing with conditioner) and the other time is a shampoo wash.
Past that delay, i have too much ng, so i just wash 1 x week, and depending on the state of my hair i either shampoo or co-wash.
What is your hair regimen for fall ?
I still co wash more than i shampoo, i use the Tresemme vit. E moisture rich conditioner or any Herbal essence conditioner.
I clarify 1 x month, using ORSalon Aloe vera creamy shampoo.
If i feel in during the month that i have build up, i just do AVC rinses (final rinse after the wash with diluted Apple Cider Vinegar)
I moisturize at least 4x week, as i wear a lot of protective styles (buns, up-do’s, braids out)
I would say i wear my hair 95% of the time off my shoulders.
I love wigs for fall & winter times…
What is the product that made your hair grow?
There is NO product that will make your hair grow, my tip was just CONSISTENCY ! When i found the routine that was working for me, i just sticked to it & i was consistent, i am very patient when i really want something, lol
So try to find what works for you, retaining length as my girl Traycee would say is the best hair growth tip 
Face Skin care regimen

But to sum up, i do wash my face morning & night, moisturize only in the morning.
In summer time i wear more powders than liquid foundations, allows my skin to breathe. The remover i use is wipes by DeMake-up, a drugstore brand here in France.
What foundation do you use and what do you recommend?
My skin is only reacting good to MAC foundations, when i was younger i tried different ones that all made me break out ! So now i stick to what i know works (even if i am tempted to try some others now that i am a grown up woman, lol)
I love MAC studio fix powder for winter, i hate the cake-y effect of liquid foundation in winter, and for summer i really love MAC studio sculpt, not liquid but not solid either, lol
My all times fav is MAC studio fix fluid of course, matches all types of skins & all times
What is your favorite skin moisturizer 4 the body?
I use in winter only raw shea butter that my family send me from Africa.
The rest of the time i use either Body Shop body butter, my favorites are Mango & Papaya, or Queen Helene Cocoa butter creme.
What are the pills you take for your hair & nails?
I will try to precise the dosages later, but i can already list here what i take :
Biotin MSM
Fish oil Vitamin C
Folic acid Brewer’s yeast
2 x year : Phytospecific Cap’Energy pills (3 months cure)
What camera / editing software do you use?
I now use 2 cameras : Canon IXUS8015 & Samsung VP-MX20
Canon is for the long edited videos, and the Samsung is for quick updates, i love the Samsung better i think cause it does the stabilizing thing etc…lol
And the Samsung is making mp4 videos, so i upload them straight on Youtube

What music did you use in a particular video?
I will no longer say what song i use in my vids, because when i started to do my videos, i was genuinely sharing my music , and i started to have some copycats ! I work hard making these videos, nothing is forcing me to DO them, except the blessing my Lord gave me : I love to share !
So no, i don’t HAVE TO tell you what i use, i will only tell when i feel like, that’s the only thing i keep for myself because i share pretty much everything else ! If you can’t understand that, well maybe you are not really on the good world…(nunaa’s world)
