As i am on my way out of my home for the week end, the Lord has blessed me with this verse. I am going through sooo much lately it’s just like something great is waiting for me & someone is trying to convince me that it is not ! Lol, he is wasting his time !

Some of you know i am in the very last line of my finals, and ladies the devil is so busy ! Me having very bad words against my friends & colleagues ! So today my adored Saviour blessed me with a verse that will help me retain my tongue, and try to understand how powerful our words can be…
Please take a moment to ask the Holy Spirit to guide your tongue & thoughts before you speak, it takes only 2 sec to praise His name before speaking… This could have saved me from arguing yesterday until 2 am with my school colleague…

Matthew 5

The Beatitudes

1Now when he saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2and he began to teach them saying:
3“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
5Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
6Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be filled.
7Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
8Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God.
9Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called sons of God.
10Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11“Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

May you all remain blessed, for as long as you will look for His kingdom you shall see Him. Let us rejoice & be glad, for being persecuted because of Him , we shall see Him.

Be completely satisfied

Mathew 5:6
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.

If you are hungry and thirsty of justice -which is the divine way to do things- you will be fully satisfied. You can concentrate you hunger on what you want. for ex, if all the day you keep on saying and thinking about your favorite meal, and again and again, you will probably end up by eating it at the end of the day.
Same thing for the Lord above. Focusing on Him makes you get closer to Him, if you are hungry of God, you will be completely satisfied and will live an abundant life.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, i come to You today to say i am sorry for letting any other thing have all my attention more than You do. I choose now to give you the priority and i choose to be hungry of You. In Jesus name. Amen

Today, just like this man, we have the choice. Are we going to spend our day talking about our issues, problems, what is not going well in our lives? Or are we going to bet our energy on prayer, faith and hope that He will do?

Don’t let your heart be won by fears, apprehensions, worries that are energy eaters ! ! Bet all your energy in faith, hope and trust in Lord, by confessing His action in your lives.

Prayer :

Lord, my human nature leads me to be pleased in complaining, and moaning and wailing ; i waist so much energy in that ! Today i confess that Your Grace is going to get me out of there, i don’t know how, but i trust You. In Jesus name. Amen
