Some of you know i am in the very last line of my finals, and ladies the devil is so busy ! Me having very bad words against my friends & colleagues ! So today my adored Saviour blessed me with a verse that will help me retain my tongue, and try to understand how powerful our words can be…
Please take a moment to ask the Holy Spirit to guide your tongue & thoughts before you speak, it takes only 2 sec to praise His name before speaking… This could have saved me from arguing yesterday until 2 am with my school colleague…

I just got a day of work today, it was so great… So yesterday night, i did my hot oil treatment (stay tunned for the video coming soon) with my olive oil marinated with garlic cloves…

Slept with that overnight

This morning i lathered 2 x with my Keracare hydrating detangling shampoo diluted

Air dried for about 15 mns then DC with a moisturizing mix : Alter ego garlic conditioner + Silk Elements megasilk moisturizing conditioner

Shower cap on & went under the hood dryer for about 30 mns, rinsed & applied my leave-ins… Then i air dried in a bun, it was so shiny here that my hair dried as quickly as a charm, lol

I can’t wait for spring to be definitely here, co-washes are going to be da bomb !

Tonight plans :

release the bun,

apply my JBCO to scalp,

moisturize & seal using ORS hair lotion + growth oil mix,

baggy ends,

re-bun & scarf before bed !

I will determine my breakage level at my next wash day :-)
