I think : they are a 100% right !! i give this product a 5/5. When ever i have a new product i try it on its own to see what it really will be doing on my hair.

Here is what i did : Friday night, 5th of june, i parted my hair in 3 sections and applied the conditioner just like i would do with a relaxer. Making sure my whole hair was covered, from root to tips, nape & edges with double dose of the product.
Covered with a plastic cap, added a scarf & went 2 bed.
Next day i just rinsed, co-washed with my Tresemme vit E. moisture rich conditioner.

The results : LOVE ! lol, i have never experienced that bouncy hair, i just air dried using my after wash products, and the air drying was a pure moment of love. My hair was soft, from the moment i rinsed the product to when it was a 100% dry. I don’t have a lot of this product, but i will def repurchase this one ! A keeper !
