Just discovered the website. Interesting that you were in NYC last fall. I will add that living anywhere near NYC is extremely costly. I live in Westchester County, about 45 (train trip) minutes to the city, and the average rental cost is $1200-$1900/month for a one or two bedroom apt. Utility cost are exorbitant (i.e. from $300-800/month for heating/electricity during the winter months (ranging from apt cost to home owner pricing). However, I am glad you did enjoy your visit! Apt cost in Manhattan can run from $2000+-$7000/month (depending on address). Everybody works in the family, including the cat and dog (smile)!
